From the moment I contacted Aus Window Roller Shutters until the final installation, the entire experience has been outstanding. The quality of the security shutters and security doors is exceptional, and the workmanship is second to none. Every detail was completed with precision and professionalism.
What truly sets Aus Window Roller Shutters apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process, and even their after-sales support has been prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It's rare to find a company that continues to stand behind its work long after the installation is complete.
In today's world, finding a business that genuinely cares about its customers is not easy, but Aus Window Roller Shutters has exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality, professionalism, and overall experience have been exceptional, making every dollar well spent.
I highly recommend Aus Window Roller Shutters to anyone looking for high-quality security shutters and security doors. You won't be disappointed.

I could not recommend Peter and his team more highly. They have strong and timely communication, were MUCH cheaper than other quotes but with the highest quality. We thought it may be too good to be true, however, we've had our shutters for over a month now and no problems in sight. His team even tried to fix two other unrelated issues we had with our house completely free of charge. During the installation, they were quiet, respectful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend using this family-owned company, and will keep recommending them when friends or family mention wanting shutters. Thank you again, we're so grateful

Peter and his colleagues were very prompt to respond to my call regarding damaged upstairs shutter. He came out same week and replaced the motor with a minimum of fuss and the best price ever. They even recoded all my remote controls. I highly recommend aus window shutters for all your window/door needs. Kind, courteous and totally professional. An absolute pleasure to have hired them. Well done Peter and team and a very big thankyou!
Today 12.09.25 Peter and his team installed an additional new kitchen window shutter for me. Matches all the other existing ones perfectly. So prompt, so kind, great price and so professional. Fabulous service, I HIGHLY recommend this company. Don't bother with the rest, use this company if you want the BEST!
